Ndd.mmssE distance: quadrant, degrees, a period, then minutes and seconds as four digits, the second quadrant, a space, and the distance. So "North 22 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East, 200.7 feet" becomes N22.1310E 200.7. Varas keep a V on the distance. Curves are not parsed, so enter any curve by hand.
